You think I'm ignorant savage
you been so many place, I
guess it must be so
but still I can not see if the savage one is me
how
can there be so much that you don't know,
you don't know

但我还是疑惑，倘若蛮荒的人是我
为何你不懂的事情却那么多

You
think you own whatever land you land on
The earth is just a dead
thing you can claim
But I know every rock and tree and creature
Has
a life, has a spirit, has a name
你以为只要踏足就能
拥有一片疆域
土地不过是用来占有的无生命体
但我却熟知这里所有的岩石树木和生灵
它们也有生活，也有灵魂和名姓
You
think the only people who are people
Are the people who look and
think like you
But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger
You'll
learn things you never knew you never knew

以为只有人类才算万物之灵
所谓的人类是不是如你一般文明
但只要你跟随我这陌生人的足迹
你就会学到太多你未知的东西

the grinning bobcat why he grinned ?
Can you sing with all the
voices of the mountain ?
Can you paint with all the colors of the
wind ?

你可曾听过野狼对月长嚎？
问问山猫为何咧嘴而笑？
你可曾用山峦之声高歌一曲？
你可曾用风之色彩泼墨挥毫？
Come
run the hidden pine trails of the forest
Come
taste the sun-sweet berries of the earth
Come roll in all the riches
all around you
And for once, never wonder what they're worth

The rainstorm and the river are my brothers

heron and the otter are my friends

论你是苍白或者古铜的肤色
都要用山峦之声高歌一曲
都要用风之色彩泼墨挥毫
你不曾真正拥有这片土地
但除非你真正可以
绘
画出风中色彩那斑斓的一笔
